Uttara Bank PLC declared 35% (17.50% cash and 17.50% stock) dividend for the year-2024 and passed the Annual Report-2024 along with the profit and loss account in its 42^nd Annual General Meeting held yesterday, on 12 May 2025 at Digital Platform. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Azharul Islam, Hon'ble Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank. Mr. Iftekharul Islam, Vice Chairman of the Board, Mr. Maksudul Hasan, Managing Director & CEO (Acting) and other directors also attended the meeting. The shareholders connected with online link expressed their satisfaction on the overall development of the Bank.

Mr. Md. Rezaul Karim, Deputy Managing Director of Uttara Bank PLC has inaugurated the 47^th Sub Branch of the Bank named ‘Belabo Sub Branch’ at Belabo, Narsingdi on 04-05-2025. Mr. Md. Rabiul Hasan, General Manager (Public Relation) was present as Special Guest. Mr. Md. Atiqur Rahman, Deputy General Manager & Zonal Head (Narayanganj Zone) along with local dignitaries were also present in the Ceremony.

Mr. Md. Abul Hashem, Deputy Managing Director of Uttara Bank PLC has inaugurated the 46th Sub-Branch of the Bank named ‘Moshang Bazar Sub Branch’ at Moshang, Wazirpur, Barishal on 20-04-2025. Mr. Khandaker Ali Samnoon, Deputy Managing Director was present as Special Guest. Mr. Md. Rabiul Hasan, General Manager (Public Relation) and Mr. Abul Kalam Sarker, Deputy General Manager & Zonal Head (Barishal Zone) along with local dignitaries were also present in the Ceremony.
