  • More than one account can be opened
  • Pre-matured Encashment facility on condition
  • Mode of deposit - Cash/Transfer. Monthly instalment amount may be realized as per standing instruction from the customer’s personal UBL savings/current account
  • The account may be transferred to any branch at the request of the account holder(s).
  • Account holder(s) has/have an option to choose any tenor at the time of opening of the account.
  • Account holder(s) may change his/her/their nominee(s) at any time.

 

Monthly Installment & Maturity Amount:

     

  *Payable amount might be changed; Govt. Tax/Duty would be paid by the client.

 

Schedule of deposit:

 

a)  First instalment to be deposited at the time of account opening and rest of the monthly instalments to be deposited on or before the 10th day of each month, failing which penal interest will be imposed @ 1% per month on instalment amount for each irregular instalment(s). If the 10th day of any month becomes govt. holiday, account holder(s) will deposit on the following working day without penalty. Instalment(s) in advance may be allowed.

   

   b) Account will be closed, if account holder(s) fails to deposit 3 (three) consecutive instalments.

 

Eligibility :

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Bangladeshi Citizen

 

Required Documents :

  • 02 (two) copies of PP size Photograph of the applicant(s) and 1(One) copy of recent photograph of Nominee(s).
  • Photocopy of NID / Passport / Birth Registration Certificate (BRC) of the applicant(s) and  Nominee(s)
  • Application for opening account (available at all branches)
