Uttara Bank PLC declared 35% (17.50% cash and 17.50% stock) dividend for the year-2024 and passed the Annual Report-2024 along with the profit and loss account in its 42nd Annual General Meeting held yesterday, on 12 May 2025 at Digital Platform. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Azharul Islam, Hon'ble Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank. Mr. Iftekharul Islam, Vice Chairman of the Board, Mr. Maksudul Hasan, Managing Director & CEO (Acting) and other directors also attended the meeting. The shareholders connected with online link expressed their satisfaction on the overall development of the Bank.
