SHIFTING OF DATE OF THE EXTRA ORDINARY
GENERAL
MEETING
OF THE UTTARA BANK LTD |

This is for information of all concerned that
the Board of Directors of the Uttara Bank Limited in its 500th
meeting held at 2.30 p.m. on Thursday, the 26th
August, 2010 decided to shift the date of the Extra Ordinary
General Meeting from 14.10.2010 to 28.10.2010 due to
unavoidable circumstances. |

|
As such the Extra ordinary General Meeting
will now be held at 10-30 a.m. on Thursday, the 28th
October, 2010 at the Bashundhara Convention Center, Block-G,
Umme Kulsum Road, Bashundhara R/A, Baridhara, Dhaka-1229. |

|
The agenda of the meeting will, however,
remain unchanged. |
|
|
|
Inconvenience caused in this regard is
regretted. |
