for information as “Price Sensitive Information” of all
concerned that the Board of Directors of Uttara Bank Limited
in its 499th meeting held at 2.30 P.M. on
Tuesday, the 17th August, 2010 at the Bank’s
Registered Office 90, Motijheel Commercial Area, Dhaka (Now
47, Bir Uttam Shahid Asfakus Samad Sarak) decided to
purchase floor space measuring 4844 sft. (approx.) at ground
floor & 1st floor of Ishak Tower at 43, M.K.
Road, Jessore for accommodation of Jessore Branch of the
Bank at a cost of Tk.2,90,64,000/- (Two Crore Ninety Lac
Sixty Four Thousand) (approx.) only excluding registration
cost subject to obtaining permission from Bangladesh Bank. |
